• 3.3 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Anasuya Deviconvention reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion.

4. Payment & Cancellation

• 4.1 Payment terms, pricing, deposits, and refunds will be governed by the booking agreement or invoice.
• 4.2 In case of cancellation or rescheduling, the guest must notify us in writing within the timeframe specified in the booking agreement. Cancellation fees may apply.
• 4.3 Anasuya Deviconvention is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (force majeure, weather, strikes, etc.).

5. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

• 5.1 The site and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• 5.2 To the extent permitted by law, Anasuya Deviconvention disclaims all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
